These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between jezz buzz ("Platform", "we", "us") and registered users of this platform ("you", "user"). jezz buzz is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live gaming services.

4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

5.2 Weekly and Special Promotions

jezz buzz offers various weekly and special promotions. Each promotion has its own terms. The weekly jezz buzz Reload Festival offers a bonus of up to 25% on deposits (maximum ৳5,000, wagering 18x). The jezz buzz Slot Storm promotion offers a bonus of up to 50% on deposits every Friday and Saturday (maximum ৳8,000, wagering 20x).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Funds received from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is already active.
• The same promotion can only be used once per account, unless the terms state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on jezz buzz are determined by the game provider studio's own Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. The platform does not interfere with the outcome of any game. Bets for games that remain incomplete due to a technical error will be voided and the funds will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the bet amount may be refunded or settled according to the applicable rules. Bet settlement is completed after the official result is announced.

6.3 Technical Issues

jezz buzz is not liable for loss of connection during a game due to internet disconnection, device shutdown or any other technical issue. Game session data is stored on the server and play can resume from where it left off once reconnected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jezz buzz and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus arbitrage or coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.

• Using automated software or bots to influence game outcomes.
• Illegal financial transactions or money laundering.
• Harassing, defrauding or threatening other users.

8.1 jezz buzz's Rights

In the event of any breach of these Terms, jezz buzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice. Accounts may also be temporarily restricted while suspicious activity is under investigation.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please submit a request via live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Option

In any circumstances, jezz buzz's total liability for a single incident will not exceed the amount wagered by the user in that event.
